SharkSocial sells digital services only. No physical goods are shipped.

When the timeline begins
The delivery period begins on the next business day after payment is confirmed and SharkSocial has received a complete questionnaire, all required files, working links and any authorized account access needed for the package. Customer delays, incomplete information or inaccessible files pause the timeline.
How delivery works
Deliverables are sent by email or made available through a customer portal. Growth Launch campaign timing depends on customer account access, platform review and approval. Advertising spend is separate from the package price and is paid through the customer’s own advertising account.
Revisions
Content Engine includes one revision. Growth Launch includes the one Content Engine revision plus reasonable corrections required to make its additional deliverables match the purchased scope. Profile Reset does not include a revision unless a delivered item materially differs from the listed package.
Customers should report missing files or material errors within 7 calendar days after delivery. This reporting window does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Missing delivery
If your delivery is overdue and you have supplied all required materials, email support@mysharksocial.com with your order number.
